hahaha the avocados here are GIGANTIC and that avacado is equal to 50 cents !! whaaaat hahahah look my head is like the avocado. here they say "palta" hahaha

hola familia! well yall deserve a real card! things have been sooo busy and soooo awesome! on tuesday we had a district meeting and it was sooo great! genial!!!! they are sources of such revelation it's too sick. in the beginning of the mission i really didn't like practicing. (lessons) it was the worst. but now it's like you're dumb if you don't like them cuz we do them and it's super cool to be the investigator that maybe is having a difficulty cuz then you can think maybe how they think and receive super revelatino and the other missionaries that teach you and they can like look at the situation with new eyes or fresh eyes. i forgot the expression and bam splat revelation!

speaking of eyes. my  eyes are super swollen and stuff. results of the parasites still but imma go to the dermatologist wednesday.

crazy that its been a year no? that's all i have to say about that... moving on! hahah

so we will be able to asist the dedication (por satelite at the stake center) cordoba is really far and out of our mission. but toooo awesome, no? seriously we are seeing suuchhh blessings of having this temple come about. the church paid for our whole stake to bring 50 conversos recents and menos activos to the templo!!!! but. there was a problem with money that they sent and they couldn't go! how satan works huh? but it's interesting because it's como like the peole are more strong because of it. we are seeing sooo many miracles. entire families that are coming back to church. normally we have about 92 peple in the church but now 110 or 118! too sick no! and ahhhhhhhhhhh there's this one recent convert that is a boss! he is telling everyone about the gospel and there are soo many people that have seen such a change in him(stp drinking, smoking, partyng) and its seriously like his referrals are the BOMB! we have so many people right now with baptism dates!!!! ahhhh the peple we're finding! 

also my coimpañera is a boss! shes progressing super quickly! teaches really well and its super cool to see how right now she is like I'M TOTALLY GONNA GO ON A MISSION!!

friday we have a super conference with one of the 70 again! too sick and I'M GONNA SEE HNA FRAGA! AND HNA MUSMANO! (she ends her mission in like 12 days!!! and i thought that i wouldn't be able to see her agian!!!) and hna olazo! they are compañeras right now hnas lideres!

what else! bueno imma send fotos now.

also ummm also i have not heard ANYTHING (and it doesnt mean i havent asked everyone) about the calls for mother's day. so ill just say HOPEFULLY ITS SUNDAY. but please for the doubts be ready saturday and well if nothing happens it'll be monday... sorry i have nooo clue! but it'll be alright don't stress (jesse mccartney hahaha)

i don't have a bunch of time. will have to send fotos monday cuz we took tons! it was super fun! this week was too sick. already told yall a few things. about elena and then brigida and her kids that went to church! too awesome. the difficult thing will be that this sunday there's not gonna be the church because there will be temple dedication in the stake center. so only people with recommends can go.... but we're super pumped! haven't heard anything about who will be there but too legit.

it was sooo nice to see you all you all (mother's day Skype call) made me sooo happy! seriously!!!! sooo happy! i think i was jumping all night and day haha

ah so good to hear that yall had awesome birthdays!!!! lilly you're so big! ps FAMILY PICCCCC!! NECESITO!!!!  well this week started out normal and then i started to feel real crummy and guess whats wrong? i have PARASITES! haha well i should say HAD..... hermana chaparro was too precious on the phone making sure that i dont freak out haha but i didn't hahah i took a medicine for 3 days that killed all that were alive and made my pee neon green and in a week i have to take it again to kill the EGGS that will soon live.. YES YOU HEARD ME RIGHT. RIGHT KNOW I MIGHT AS WELL BE A CHICKEN CUZ I HAVE EGGS! hahhaaha welp so thats new and fun and trendy hahahahaha

but yeah this week was good despite the ´´friends´´ . they're apparently really common here.. so no need to fear! and i received a blessing so i'm all good hahah can y'all do me a favor and change my profile pic on facebook to the one with the llama? hahahha and accept the friend request that i have. they're members here hahah and yup!

this transfer is flying by! seriously i dont even know what to do with the time and we're sooo happy that conference is coming up! i invite you all to think of what the profet and apostles said last conference and see how you're applying that to your life and in preparation for the next conference start preparing yourselves to receive personal revelation. if there is any doubt you have or question about anything or help that you need THIS IS THE TIMEEE!

also thank you so much for the family history. looks like it required effort! thanks dad! and whomever helped! we're teaching a lot of the family history. the church has made these pamphlets that are PERFECT so sick about how to organize and prepare your own family history and prepare these names for the temple. and so all recent converts, less actives, actives we are talking a bunch about it to help them prepare and help their families and understand the importance of the temple and temple work. that is one of my faaavorite things that we teach if i could have a favorite haha that and the plan of salvation!!!! ah and the Atonement! and Joseph Smith. did yall know that he´s José smith here? haha too awesome

well it started to get suuuuper cold! like rain and cold and yuck haha. i cracked out my bufanda (scarf) and we´re ready to roll hahah i have to buy more tights but ill do that maybe monday oh did yall send the new debit card?

the work here is going really well. it's neat to see that the people are really willing to act to go to church and stuff. we are finding some people that are just tooo awesome!!!! sad thng is that lots of times (not all the time) the people dont go to church if its rainy and less if its cold. so this sunday was a little shy on people. (the peopole don't have cars and idk casí don't leave their houses if it's raining) but well work on that!

april 6th

noooo they're COOKIES FOR EASTER!!!! {family joke about Greek grandmother's accent and word mixups :)}  hahahahahah well so much to say so little timeeeesies! okay so first of AHHHHHHHHHH nobody told me it was Easter! haha i realized saturday night i think! i just thought that the Catholics were being Catholics again with their parades and shenanigans on thursday and friday haha.

but yes ahhh tooo good this general conference! ahhhhh we watched in spanish on saturday and i understood really well. the only problem is is that it isn't our native language so our mind needs to pay more attention than normal and so it's a lot easier to zone out for a minute or two but it was super good. haha loads about marriage no?! haha

one of the things that our disrict leader invited us to do and to invite everyone to do was to prepare questions that we need answered. i had several that i realy needed answered and ahhhh REVELATION!" sooooo awesome! i too, dad, had one session where i like couldnt not  cry! the Spirit was so sweet and tender. sunday in the morning it was. so many talks that i loooved!!! a lot of what i got from conference is have faith and act! ah it is always sooo nice to be able to receive so many answers! so i dont have time. sorry! ahhhhh. we had traslados y bueno es raro. i stay here, hna quiceno se fue a salta and the canadian hna boehmer and i will be working together for a week (who i was living with cuz her companinon tambien left) and then we will receive mini missionaries. they are members that will be our companion for a certain period of time. haha so i dont know for how long i'll have a mini or how this week will be working both in my area and her area haha. we will be working in the whole city! hhaha also my camera died and batteries are hard to find here so i'll send pics other day. love you alll sooo much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks for sharing your notes for conferece! haha mine are half in spanish and half in inglish. like i started in english and then it converts to spanish as i write bahaha weeeeee

okay. weell this week has been on excelentísima!!!!!! seriously!!!! i love hna boehmer! we are working sooooo hard and ahhh its sooo awesome. truly this is the work of God. hna boehmer received her mini but mine was waiting still for permisssion from her boss to leave work so she comes tomorrow. shes from tucumán. we will have the minis all this transfer. they are members that for a certain time will be our companions. right now more hnas left that came and so they didnt want to close one of our areas so we will have minis. so yeah we are working in all of perico. and its awesome. i have to buy new shoes cuz mine look like they have been through a blender or world war 3 haha jk but yeah i need neww ones. sorry i don't have time to write you individually. and right now i'm really struggling to think in english. sorry but love you all. lilly and nick,you're hobos and mom and dad you all too hahaha and maddy is the biggest hobo hahaha chiste.

yes! i received my mini! she's super awesome and it's super cool cuz i can like help her understand what the mission is and help her get psyched to serve! she really wants to work so that's awesome! she is 21 and she is living in tucumán . not too far from where i was! what else.  so we have had several lecciones that have been suuuuper awesome. like soo guided  by the Spirit. i love it cuz it's like i don't know what to say but the Spirit does. so that has been super cooll. we are hoping that a few baptisms happen shortly. what is the worst is when people are soo super prepared but don't go to church! ahhhhhhhhhhhh me da estrés!!!! ahahha

i'm always  praying for you all. just know that. keep it up and yall are the best family ever. !!!!! also crazy that we´ll be skyping soon, no¿ where does time go! ps this keyboard hardly works! hahah also lilly and nick yall are boss. mom and dad, the only way you could be more boss is would be if you had a perm and shoulder pads! hahahha also RIGHT ON !!!! april 27th

well folks. this week has been too awesome. we have been doing a looooot! working super hard and super happy. my companion is hna beltran btw. shes the bomb. super happy and willing to work. it's been super cool to be with her.she's progressing super fast and at first just wanted an experience of a missionary but now she wants to be a missionary! like everyday she wants it more! so that's super awesome! we work really well together. she's from Tierra de Fuego . i don't know if i told yall that yet. translated, it means Land of Fire or Fireland athough it's about as south (as close) to Antartica that you can get! how crazy, no? look it up! but yeah recently she moved to tucuman cuz her brothers are there.

let's see. we are seeing lots of milagros! like seriously! its also interesting cuz we see más flat rejections but more dates for baptisms at the same time hahah. its super awesome.(the baptisms) there are a few women that are SUUUUUPER prepared for their baptisms, have allll the lessons and alll the ganas but only need to obey the law of chastity. its so frustrating sometimes cuz here, that's like not a thing. nobody gets married.if you do its weird. and so we find people and families but then they have this barrier. and right now, there are 3 different families that are in really bad situations. don't want to get married because their spouses are bad and abuse them and things like that but are scared to leave them because they won't be able to get by. it's really sad but also opens the way for God to work MIRACLES. i know con todo mi corazon that God will help them for doing what's right and although it's hard, He will! so yeah thats a struggle but also we've had some lessons that were super Spirt packed which also is awesome.

this weekend we had interviews with presidente chaparro and then conferencia de estaca. it was suuuuper awesome. there was a Seventy there and also los chaparro. ahhhhhhh sooo awesome! well i wanted to talk more about that but dont have time, but i love you all! keep it up and nos vemos prontito, no? also i fret that my english is worse than at Christmas....

i got transferred! my third área!!! que cosa! right now im in perico, jujuy! yes, you say that like the pillsbury dough boy when you put your finger in his stomach. hoo hoooey! hahahaa i love it already! ahhh it was soooo sad to leave concepción! it feels like i just barely got there! enserio!!! i said goodbye to everyone and i dont think ive ever cried so much! ahhhhhh! it was sooo hard. especifically the santillán´s and the flores´! the flores are the family of menos activos that basically has adopted emiliano. he lives with them. i love this family sooo much! ahh the last lesson with them killed me! and they were all crying. ah seriously every family every person ahhh i love!!! and they all love me! hahahha it was a day of tears!!! and i have to return!!! at some point!

so yeah. hna perales is going to train! shes gonna "have a kid" and her new missionary arrives on wednesday! im here with hermana quiceno. shes from colombia and let me just tell you that she has the sickest accent!!! look it up or something how people from colombia talk! its too funny i love it. she has almsot 6 months in the misison. can you believe what is happening to the time! heremana musmano ends her mission in may or the end of april!° no sé! ahhhhh whaat!

well to talk abou the work. mayra, our golden investigator. had her intervista to be bpatised on saturday. passed. she knows everything! and loves it all. but lacks what she says "the feeling" my heart was destroyed temporarily because this was after we had worked so hard with her this week. she has such a strong testimony and we were fasting and praying and kept finding answers and parts of the scriptures that are perfect for
her that are gonna answer her questions. but i dont know.  i just know that it wasnt the will of God that she gets baptized saturday. she told me that she will send me pictures of her baptism. ah. she is too awesome and is gonna become like the president of the relief society or something! well im so sorry but i have to go right now. love you all. cuidense!  maddy i hope that your kidney stone passes. lilly your cactus needs to be named, fuzzy prickles or josé alejandro eduardo rodrigo cactuz the third. hahaha love yall nos vemos!!!!!

Jujuuuuuyy!

how awesome is that name, first off. secound. ahhhhhhhhhhh blessings blessings and miracles! i dont have too much time, and this keyboard is driving me crazy, but this week i have felt sooo much The Holy Ghost!! enserio! one of the things that someone said i dont remember who oh yeah it was in Preach My Gospel. it says that to {teach}a lesson should require effort. you should be constantly searching and prayiing and trying to understand the person and listen to the Spirit, and ACT upon it. and wow ive made an effort to be better at that. cuz its super easy to teach a lesson but we are here to teach the people. help them to gain their salvation, not here to only talk about God or to give our opinion on things. it has been sooo awesome! seriously ive NEVER felt the Spirit like this! so plentifully and so constantly! we have lots of investigadors that are progressing really well. and are awesome! one of them is named Natividad and she is ORO (gold) haha and has a baptism date and bore her testimony to us on our third visit that she wants to change her life and is willing to change everything and that she will follow this path until the end! i just about died! she has a daughter that is 10 that has a super bad disease since her birth and recently got worse. just in time for church this sunday. so that was super bad. were gonna pass by today to see how she is if shes back from the hospital.

this area is awesome! we live with the other missioneras also! so its 4 hermanas in one ward! and also jujuy is the bomb but yeah ive gotta go, sorry love you alllll!!!

ahhh i dont have time!!! lets see.things here are awesome!!

i cant believe how time is flying! i have 10 months! whaaat! ahhhh how crazy! glad to hear that yall are awesome. hahaha love youall! ah we were talking with some recent converts and their nephew was there and his name is Juan and we invited him to listen and he has been listening the past few discussions that weve had with them! and he wanted to go to church and yesterday him and his mom went and they loved it! and ahh they want to hear more! super awesome! we are also contacting every single person we see and its super fun! we are seeing so many blessings for our efforts and finding so many people. we've taught a lot this week the plan of salvations. there are so many people that don't know their purpose in life or how to find happiness but our purpose is to "be happy" and we achieve that when we obey God and are clean before Him. i love soo much the gospel and want to testify to you all that this church is true. that it  is same church that Jesus Christ established. that the Book of Mormon is true. Mormon looked thru so many histories, stories, talks and compiled exactly what we need as a people to come unto Him. the nefites didnt have the Book of Mormon, nor the lamanites. it is for us!in this time. and it is what we have to direct our life and help us be obediente and follow Christ. i love you all sorry this computer is the worst and the internet too and im out of time, but yeah dont worry cuz imwell.

MUY BIEN!

well i have sooo much to tell yall sorry that lately its been sluggish! ahhhh... first of all we had a conference of the zone with presidente chaparro and it was toooooo good! for this conference we had to study some talks by Elder Ballard. one is called, "hacer el seguimiento" and the other, "confie en el señor" i dont know what they would be in inglish. but one is trust in the lord and the other is from the conference in may 2014 and so you can find them like that. but theyre soo good and are super awesome about misionary work! and you all need to read them and start to study Preach My Gospel too cuz its the bomb and well it says it better in the talks but its soooper good. about how we should share the gospel with toooooodos and in lots of ways and always trust in the Lord! so there you go, that's your challenge! will you do it!!!! awesome! haha i feel like dora talking to an inanimate computer hahaha

also we were talking with an investigator and they were talking about how much they love soap operas cuz thats all there is here and i said some comment and she said that all we have are nicolas cage movies hahahah how funny haha noo.

also formal happy birthday moment of loudness for DAD, pappy lewis, some might know him as DONOPSICLE! his passport as John Lewis Dascanio II, but i know him as DAAAAADDDDDDDDDD! comin in at a solid 6'1" and turning.....50somethin!!!!!! ayooooo everybody give him a cheerrr!
